Our Response to COVID-19
We wanted to take a moment to reach out to our community as we navigate deeper into the uncertainty that is COVID-19. Our hearts go out to those who have loved ones affected by the outbreak, and we want you to know that we are doing our best to prevent the spread of the virus and flatten the curve.
We are closely following information put out by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) as well as the World Health Organization (WHO) to ensure the quickest and safest way to the end of this pandemic.
It is our responsibility as a company to prioritize the health and well-being of our customers as well as our employees. That being said, several safety measures have been enacted to try and lessen the burden of our health officials during a dire time such as this.
What we’re doing to keep everyone safe
At times like this, we are blessed to have technology to stay connected with loved ones and friends. It is also great for practicing social distancing and for business that does not require physical interactions. Switching to a more digital approach, we have changed our core operations to as follows:
• Digital presentations instead of in home consultations
• More phone consultations appointment slots available
• Door-to-Door operations have ceased until further notice
